Welcome to Paganel Primary School.
I am really proud to be the Headteacher of this amazing school. At Paganel we are on the “pursuit of greatness” and always striving to provide the best possible opportunities for our children both academically and beyond. The children at our school are our number one priority and are at the root of all we do. We aim to build strong relationships around the child with parents and the local community.
Our recent Ofsted graded Paganel Primary School as a GOOD school, March 2020.
“The school’s ‘pursuit for greatness’ is threaded throughout all aspects of school life. Pupils have positive attitudes to school and are proud of their achievements.
The pupils told us that ‘this is a fair school, and no one is left out here’. Pupils are treated equally and fairly. Pupils told us that teachers listen to both sides in any disputes.”

Respect | Enquire | Persevere
In life we face many challenges and at Paganel our aim is to equip our children with the knowledge and skills to face these challenges through our three core values:
At Paganel we nurture a growth mindset; we celebrate making mistakes and discuss what we can learn from them. Our children know that learning is not easy and that to achieve and make progress they have to tackle challenges and not give up. This is reinforced throughout school and in all aspects of learning.
We take great pride in developing personal development and well-being of our children. Our children are proud to belong to the Paganel School family.
As a team we work really hard to keep our children safe, ensure that learning is inclusive for all and progress is recognised and celebrated.
