GR3 – £23,194-£29,439 (pro-rata) 36.5 hours a week term time only

Paganel Primary is a good school, we put our children at the heart of all that we do. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team in the relentless pursuit of greatness. The Governors are seeking to appoint an Office Manager from 1st March 2023. The working hours would be 8.00am-3.45pm (2 days until 4.00pm).

The successful candidate will have experience using SIMS and substantial experience working within a school environment.

We are looking for:

  • Experience within a school using SIMS
  • Experience using Oracle
  • Experience using Impulse
  • Knowledge of safer recruitment processes
  • Ability to use ICT to enhance daily work tasks
  • A confident telephone manner
  • A friendly open communicator
  • Previous supervisory experience
